Human Resource Leadership

The Richardson Properties Training Program is supported by our Human Resources team in partnership with Senior Management and operational leadership. The HR team assists with the development and coordination of training programs designed to support employee growth, strengthen leadership skills, promote compliance, and provide employees and managers with the resources needed to succeed. Human Resources also provides guidance on workplace policies and employee relations matters and assists with the timely and consistent resolution of employment-related issues.

The Richardson Properties Human Resources Team includes:

Director of Human Resources - Oversees the Human Resources function and works closely with Senior Management to support company policies, employee relations, compliance, training, and leadership development. The Director also oversees employee benefits, including benefit enrollment and elections, eligibility questions, claims resolution, and support related to insurance plans and benefit providers.

HR Generalist - Coordinates the pre-employment and new-hire process, including applicant processing, background screenings, onboarding, employment documentation, and employee records. The HR Generalist also assists with employee changes, compliance requirements, and the termination process. In addition, this position oversees payroll processing and administration, including employee pay, timekeeping, payroll adjustments, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, and other pay-related activities.
